- The stay begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.
- Local tax is not included in the price of the stay. This fee will be added to the price of the stay for obliged persons on the basis of the general binding decree of the town of Františkovy Lázně according to the version valid on the day of arrival, currently 2 € per person per day.
- In the period from 17 December to 31 December, the minimum length of stay is 14 nights with compulsory extra fees, Christmas = 80 €, New Year’s Eve = 200 €.
- By paying the price of the stay, or part of it, respectively (the deposit), I hereby confirm that I accept the safety and hygienic measures during my stay, which shall be given by the accommodation provider. I understand that such measures and regulations may influence the character and comfort of some of the provided services.
