- 4 nights in the Spa Resort PAWLIK – AQUAFORUM **** (option of prolongation)
- Half-board (option of purchasing full board)
- All-inclusive beverages – unlimited consumption of selected cold, hot, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages during lunch and dinner
- 1 treatment procedure daily (selection of following procedures - always just once: relaxation bath, dry massage bath, partial body hot stone / aroma massage, paraffin pack for the back, paraffin pack for the hands (2x per stay), isothermal peat bath, oxygen therapy (60 min.), 1x molecular hydrogen therapy, 1x InBody diagnostics – basic measurements)
- 1x daily admission to the salt cave (45 min.)
- Unlimited access to the Aquaforum aqua park

- The stay begins on the day of arrival with dinner and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.
- The local tax is not included in the price of the stay. This fee is charged to liable persons in accordance with the municipal ordinance of the town of Františkovy Lázně valid on the day of arrival and will be added to the total price of the stay. The tax is to be paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.
- By paying the price of the stay, or part of it, respectively (the deposit), I hereby confirm that I accept the safety and hygienic measures during my stay, which shall be given by the accommodation provider. I understand that such measures and regulations may influence the character and comfort of some of the provided services.
